| Due to design piracy we are now required to post legal information regarding our signature lines. Please note that Enchanted Tutu's designs are protected by Trademark and U.S. Copyright where applicable. Any attempt to borrow, steal, reproduce, duplicate, replicate or otherwise steal our designs, images or content may result in fines upwards of $5,000 per infraction. Design piracy is also known as the production of 'knock-offs" The Design Piracy Prohibition Act, introduced in the House of Representatives in August of 2007 gives gain to protecting our signature designs against design theft. Any attempt to replicate any of our designs are now punishable by law. Enchanted Tutu takes Design Piracy very seriously. We hold Patent-Pending status on several of our original designs through the U.S. Patent Office and retain an Intellectual Property Attorney to prosecute those who copy our work. My personal note on this is that it doesn't take much to make a really great tutu. There are so many talented people out there. I spend hours admiring (but not copying) the fabulous designs of others. Please continue to produce the wonderful work you do, just please don't copy mine! It's a blatant waste of your own creative talents! |
